Robert assisted us with filing a Heggstad Petition for some assets that were not included in our deceased fathers estate. I was referred to Robert from my real estate agent due to learning that my fathers house was never filed with the state when he set up his trust. I had spoken to several other lawyers and even was signed with one at the time we found Mr Bergman. All of the other lawyers told us we were most likely not going to get a court date and would not be able to sell the house that was already under contract for at least 6 months. Robert was so helpful explaining everything every step of the way. He knows his stuff when it comes to trust and estate law. Bob literally wrote the book on this kind of thing and will do everything in his power to get before a judge and get your issues cleared in the court quickly. Robert did in six days what the other lawyers couldn't promise to get done in 6 months. Bobs fees were in line with the other lawyers fees and his payment method was easy to securely submit and get a prompt receipt. Bob Bergman really helped me and my family out in a hard time for our family losing our mom and dad in the previous months Robert performed at an all-star level and took care of our estate so we didn't also lose that to probate.
