HORRIBLE!!!!! they had me for 3 days telling me it was going to be delivered and never did. Finally I had my boyfriend call they and spoke to 3 different people and he made them swear that we were getting it on the 23rd of Dec. When we finally got it the driver and his assistant mentioned that they were pulled out of a job and that the unit was still at their warehouse. So that would have been another lye, but we were going to show up the following day at their warehouse. I spoke to Wayfare and told them that they should change delivery companies due to all the complains that people post on the web page. I had to put a STAR just to Post

Bad company, I don't recommend it. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. They gave me the door at 10 a.m. and in 3 hours they only brought me 5 small boxes and the trailer was totally empty at 1:30 p.m. and still working on me, don't come here, and in the office no one approaches you. Let's see what you need, bad bad👎🏼

Absolute joke of a company. I have had a return to Home Depot in place for months now with Esquire as the third party delivery/pickup provider. 5 no shows later and our return was cancelled. Lovely.

Like everyone else leaving a review I have had the same exact experience!! This company is ridiculous!!! I scheduled a pick up for a returned Wayfair item October 18! After 4 no call no shows and daily reschedules they FINALLY show up on November 2! It is now November 10 and my item is still not returned to Wayfair further holding my refund almost a month now! I spoke with Kathleen who stated it’s not their problem it’s Wayfair! Howwwww when Wayfair did everything they needed to do and set me up with you incompetent people who don’t even give you a real tracking number once the item is picked up! They are unprofessional and will waste your time for DAYS!!! It’s horrible that in 2022 the communication is that poor!

Worst delivery experience. Scheduled delivery window for a new bed was 3-4 pm. I disassemble my old bed after receiving a text confirmation that my bed is out for delivery. At 4 pm, I start calling every hour for a status update. I’m assured delivery will still take place today. At 7, dispatch closes. I track down an after hours number on the web and call that number. Lady says trucks are still out for delivery and will deliver as late as 9 pm. She says a manager will call me. Did the manager call? Of course not. It’s 8:50 pm. Still no bed. I’m putting my old one back together. These people suck. 😡😡😡😡😡
