Packing crew was friendly, easy to work with. The loaders left a few small items behind. Transfer to destination was quicker than expected, which was a good thing. The unloaders were efficient, but dropped several “soft “items. No damage noted, just a bit careless. Driver was professional and kept me abreast of delivery time. Items were placed into storage, so not sure of damage situation. My feelings are that the crew off loading the furniture, could have shown more consideration in the handling and storage of my things. Autos arrived in good condition 2 hours after the furniture arrived the storage facility.

I had high hopes for this company but that went away. First, Leon the person that comes to estimate the move said that the company could move my big safe and they where going to pack most of my stuff. Well...one week before the move he calls me and SAYS WE CAN'T MOVE THE SAFE" . Now we did this estimate in February and the move date was June. So I have to have Old Dominon truck ship the safe for $2k. And the moving guys didn't know about the pack job. The truck driver Eric was great along with the pack guys which he hired. He was contracted from North America van lines. He works from Allied van lines. In short...Leon is writing blank checks that the workers can't cash!!! I wold give the actual workers 5 stars and give the company one.

Awesome moving experience with Galbraith! Everyone we worked with, from the front office staff, to the estimator, to the drivers and moving crews were professional, helpful, and caring. Our load and unload were both on time even though the driver had to contend with a late spring snow storm on the cross country drive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Outstanding Service! Galbraith was recommended by a friend. I had already had two van lines provide quotes based on home visits. All three were competitive, but Galbraith Van & Storage stood above the rest in communication, meeting the schedule needs, and no pressure sales pitch. The North American Van Lines driver and is wife were a wonderful team moving my property 2200 miles. This was the first of many moves I have had performed that resulted in no scratched furniture, clear timely communication, and outstanding service. Galbraith Van and Storage exceeded my expectations. The North American Team was outstanding.

This was our first major move and at our age (older) we weren't looking forward to the experience. Our representative was thorough in explaining the process and quoting a price for the move which was a better price than the competition. We had to delay twice due to escrow problems and the company worked with us to get other dates and still keep the price the same. Both the packing team and the loading/moving teams were polite and thorough and the actual move went flawless. Wish I could say the same for the home sale and escrow. We were so glad to have the move go well in view of our other anxieties over the relocation. Thank you North American.
