On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and wasted no time getting to work. They handled my belongings with care, ensuring everything was packed securely and transported properly. Dustin (the lead mover), was friendly and professional in all my interactions with him. What impressed me the most was their hard work ethic and positive attitude, even when faced with some unexpected challenges (such as a longer estimated move). 100/10! These guys have done an excellent job. Craig was very great to work with while booking, was very transparent with the details of the job. Dustin and G arrived promptly and worked very quickly and efficiently. They are very nice and extremely professional. They made sure to let me know the timing for my estimate rather than being slow and trying to get extra money. The job is not even done yet but I couldn’t wait to recommend Gentle Hands!!

Truly cannot express how incredible the entire process with Gentle Hands has been! Explained to Craig that we had previously had horrible moving experiences and were very stressed about hiring movers. Craig explained all costs, went through a very detailed inventory, and gave us a nonobligatory quote. Their prices were very affordable, especially for what it included! After researching, it was clear Gentle Hands was the best choice for us and I am SO glad we made that choice! We ended up having to push our move into our first home by a couple days due to our seller leaseback and even the reschedule was easy. Gabe, Jordan, and Dustin arrived within the window and immediately went to work. They were super quick, but I was very very happy with how much care and knowledge they had with each piece of our belongings. They were also incredibly kind, assembled and reassembled everything, and handled everything with extreme care. There were no hidden tricks, time extenders, hidden fees not discussed with us, everything was incredibly straightforward and honest. I truly felt no stress at all the entire move - an invaluable rarity. I was texting friends and recommending them during the process that’s how amazing they were! Then to top it all off, Craig called a few hours after our move was completed to check to see that it was smooth and truly the attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. Kyle and Kendall did my move today and we’re freakin wonderful. They were super friendly, fast and careful with our stuff. I have been having moving anxiety for the last month but between the owner Craig being amazing to work with to get this set up and throughout my mild panic moments leading up to the big day…and Kyle and Kendall, I couldn’t be happier. Price was fair, no surprises, and will definitely use them again if I have to move.
