Gorilla Moving completed a recent move for us, unfortunately with a series of incidents through the day causing damage to property and items. I can unequivocally say that this company has INTEGRITY at the highest level. One of the owners, Scott, personally acknowledged and addressed the issues in a meaningful way and has since completed a second smaller job PERSONALLY with one of the company managers showing the highest degree of care and respect for our property and the items being moved. This company has worked hard to build a solid reputation and we experienced that first hand. We used Gorilla Moving for a move from the Lower Mainland to Vancouver Island. They were very easy and straight forward to deal with, their quote was reasonable and fair and contained no hidden fees. They were responsive to all emails and calls and the crew that moved us were friendly, efficient and treated our belongs with care. We had a few larger pieces and some tight spaces in our previous home and they took such great care to make sure they didn’t damage the pieces or the walls. I would not hesitate to recommend Gorilla Moving!!
