Avoid at all cost. They left me stranded in Kansas City. No fuel. Trucks kept breaking down. Withheld my pay. Made me sit two weeks straight just to leave me stranded in Kansas City these people are the devil. How could you do that to somebody. Literally went 2 weeks without pay and had to pay my way home. Man worst experience ever, I gave up driving for a year after this trauma smh

When you hear about the multiple trucking companies in the Chicagoland area, they automatically come with a stench of scam and caution plastered on the front of them. Can’t lie and say I didn’t have my reservations from all of the social media output, but you really don’t know the value of a thing until you hold it. So I gave JDM a shot. From my initial conversation with my recruiter Aron, to the quick orientation with Peter, I can honestly say that you can take JDM’s word at face value. What you see is what you get. They put it all on the table, and will answer any question, easy or hard, that you may have. The equipment is top notch, and you don’t have to worry about needing to find a trailer because the trailer you start with, is the trailer you keep. And the trucks are new to 2 years old. You will run east of I-35 and you rarely have to worry about sitting after a load, because your dispatcher is consistently at work booking the best freight for you to keep moving. To which I can say, it has been a real pleasure working alongside my dispatcher Nate. Very down to earth, and goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met when I communicate them. He’s made my experience here at JDM an awesome one. And I’m truly grateful that I chose them as a company. The best experience is life experience. And if you’re looking to have a great experience with a trucking company that will go to bat for you, JDM is the team you want to be a part of.

This so far has been the best company have worked for. Every time something goes wrong they are quick to fix the issue. My dispatcher Justin is by far made my otr experience well worth it. He is flexible when it comes to home time and understands and listens to a drivers wants and needs

Drivers Use extreme caution if you think your under a lease purchase contract and see phrases like " rent to run" or phrases that say "you may or may not receive title for truck you are paying for" then it's a scam and you will never own the truck! A legitimate contract will list total number of payments as well as the total purchase price. If you do not see the phrasing stipulating lease purchase and terms of how and when you will receive title then you never will! If a company tells you over and over about their transparency yet refuse to let you see original rate con from broker ask yourself why they refuse, could it be the broker paid higher amount than you were told? Ask brokers to confirm rate con, most will not tell you but some will. You will find out like I did best to cut your losses and move on. When you ask to be given a document detailing you are buying the truck, they will refuse to put anything in print that you could use to prove you were promised a title at the end of agreement.
