Before engaging JR let him tell you his rates and sign documentation that abide the rate. He is not an honest person and he will charge whatever he wants. We towed an empty trailer 10 miles apart and paid $1700, and he clearly said you can take the trailer whenever you ready, he wasn’t upfront on his parking charges and we thought parking rate is governed by law without knowing he is above the law and charged us $75 for daily parking for 38 days equivalent to $2850. We ended up paying $4325 and he has audacity of saying he has given us a discount of $225. Be very careful before engaging such company. Again I warn the community be very careful, I repeat be very careful.

It was an excellent experience all the way around-considering the whole situation of needing your car towed sucks! Prompt service with great communication. Driver texted me within 5 minutes of calling for help and arrived 30 minutes from call to pick up- and it was in the thick of rush hour traffic. Driver John was professional, efficient, and courteous. Price was very reasonable and easy. Thanks to everyone for making a stressful situation a little better.

Price gouge. Had my truck towed literally 5 minutes away to my apartment and they attempted to charge me $160 till I declined and ultimately still paid $130. Would not recommend at all. Make this company your last choice. They are the type of company they prey on people’s misfortune. God awful creatures you are. Karma always returns the favor though. Someone you love will feel the same way I did. I’ll manifest it.

I have used JR‘s services in recovery LLC at least three times within the last year. Each time their representatives were very professional and show great customer service skills. They also have worked with me on the pricing. I have this company saved in my phone as I will not ever use another Tow service again!

Gave me a ride let me ride with the driver help me out. I was panicking and didn’t know my car just clunked out on me and I was in the middle of driving. I didn’t know where I was going to get my car back home or how I was gonna get my car back home and I called them and they worked with me and they helped me because my money was locked up on Cash App and they like worked with me with that and man you guys are my go to Services for the rest of my life
