how anyone can say something negative about this company is beyond me. I don’t currently work there but when I did they were the most caring and thoughtful company. Jim and Kamil are wonderful. I hope this company grows and grows they deserve the best! If you want to work for a company that actually cares about you and your well being then drive for KMB!! May want to teach your drivers to watch speed zones and not try to run cars driving the posted speed limit off the road. Oh and blaring your horn while flipping off said drivers isn’t too professional either.

Cool people they will try to help you when it comes down to it but they wasn’t lying when they said they have the miles lol pay wasn’t all that great roughly.45 cents per mile other than that if you fresh out of driving school give these guys a ring they will get you rolling…

I am a Company driver with about 19 months of CDL Class A driving experience, if you want a job where you'll get underpaid, get absolutley no incentives or benefits, and be sucked into doing illegal work that could affect your license and career, then look no further than KMB Brothers. I get that these guys are a small company trying to grow, but they have to start listening to their employees instead of saying they are "Not A Real Driver" because they are having trouble getting a truck started in 6 degree weather Further more upon bringing up the concern of being asked to perform illegal violations of Hours Of Service, as well as constantly having defects on the truck, I was met with extreme backlash saying "You'll never make money Truck Driving if you don't stretch the law" meanwhile I made 3 times the amount I was being paid here back when I worked with C.R England (LEGALLY) Ultimately I was forced to do team driving OTR making around 500 bucks a week after tax, with 0 benefits, and 0 reasons to want to stay with this employer If this company wants to grow, they need to listen to their employee's, quit insulting their workforce, and stop assuming they'll violate laws in order to make the most out of the horrible pay and 0 benefits. If you excuse me I have to prepare for the backlash I'm going to probably get from this review.

Potential driver here for KMB Brothers LLC. The staff, and owners are wonderful. Kamil, and Jim have answered my questions fully, and they are very nice. They take the time to talk to their drivers/potential drivers. Small business, but growing. I hope they will have a truck, and trainer available as soon as I finish my CDL course. Jim, and Kamil have been more than patient waiting for me to gain my CDL so that I can run with them. I've had a prehire letter from them for nearly a year, and cant wait to make this happen
