Not going to waste my time after reading the comments of other reviewers. Contacted the business shortly after the inappropriate negligence of the driver not wanting to sit in a turn signal lane for more than 5 minutes decided to jump out go forward about 50 car links and try to merge back in at the light when he was stopped by other motors that patiently waited he blocked the other lane. Immediately contacted the business they stated oh no sir that would not be our company even after sending them dash cam video of the instance in conclusion would not use a service by life depended on it.

this company is a absolute joke. we moved THREE years ago, and for the past TWO years they somehow don't know how to update their information. i've had to take and pick up my grandson since school started because they didn't have the correct address (?) keep in mind the EXACT thing happened last year , so here we are again, waiting for them to update the address from THREE years ago, which they had to update last year. BUT NOW YOU HAVE TO GO BACK AND REDO WHAT YOU REDID LAST YEAR? FOR THE SAME EXACT ADDRESS? really? who is running the gerbils on the wheel?

Same as the other reviews. Gray Van on the highway weaving in and out of lanes, no signal, riding too close. Having to ride their brakes because they were tailgating. It was when they crossed all the lanes to pass on the right shoulder I lost the ability to even get the tag number.

It is the absolute worst transportation! The first year when they were picking up my daughter they had amazing drivers and monitors who communicated with us all the time, if they were going to be late or any delays. next following year just went down hill from there the drives they have now who pick up my daughter nasty attitudes don't always arrive at the sechdule time frame which ends up putting me behind and very poor communication. It feels like they hire anyone to drive and monitor. And when talking to the supervisor it feels like they just don't care about your concerns or worries I would not choose this company!
