The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't do less! This office is impossible to reach, I have been trying for days with out any luck. You can't leave a message or anything. Obviously for "life threatening emergencies I know to call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room", but what if we need an urgent appointment or concerns about my child. This office is worthless! Dr. Zambrano should be sad and ashamed to have office staff like this representing him.

My children have been under Dr Zambrano’s care since the birth of my first child 15 years ago. My kids walk in his office and feel at home. It’s a safe and caring environment. He’s so attentive to detail. Always been a call away. (I’m the parent that freaks at the sign of something isn’t right) He has always returned phone calls. Weekends. Late hours. Holidays. Dr Z always been this first time mommy first call when my kids are sick. He’s Very Thorough. He has ALWAYS provided one on one care. If something was not in his expertise he would refer to another great doctor. (I.e. cardiologist, dermatologist, dentist) I Never felt rushed during appointments. When we come in on time to our appointments it’s very minimal wait time. The birth of my son, 6 years ago, he performed his circumcision. He explained the procedure and we felt comfortable. I’m so happy we did it at the hospital. We all survived the #covid pandemic together. And even then He was STILL available. I Never felt i was asking a dumb question. Recently, the office staff has had some changes over the course of the last year. They’re getting better. If you have an issue, and talk to the office manager, she’s always willing to help correct any issues. He does have a nurse practitioner who’s also pleasant with my children. Very knowledgeable. In the event we have a preference to see Dr Z, we’ve never being given an Excuse on why Dr Z isn’t available. He’s truly an angel to these children. I wouldn’t trust my kids health with any other physician. I pray that God continues to bless his ability to practice medicine for many years to come.

This doctors office is completely incompetent, had us waiting 3 hours to get a physical and vaccination records. Nobody ever answers the phone and the automated phone system is a joke, my daughter only saw the actual doctor once always the P.A or a nurse. I’ll be changing my daughters doctor.

I’ve been going to Dr. Zambrano and dr. McKenzie for five years now both locations. This location is a lot bigger than Pembroke Pines location. Very nice doctors and very efficiently. Everything was good.

Really bad scheduling. They should have one office if they are not going to be open every say
