Looks like their service is slipping. I've been using numark for a while for my smaller ltl shipments. Not because of price, but for their mostly overnight delivery. But the past 2 orders now have taken 3 days. The most recent shipped on Thursday and it's Monday now and my customer asked for an ETA. I called the socal office and they told me to call the San Leandro office. The lady that tracked my shipment told me it was delivered already. I asked her what time it was delivered and she put me on hold. Then a Dave, the VP of the company, he later told me, asked me in a very rude tone, why I didn't ask that part in the first question and told me to call back in an hour. Rude. Lost my business. Good job, Dave.
