What are the chances that the first time I’ve ever needed a tow that I stumble across probably the best you can ask for. I called, said I needed a tow. He told me he would be there in 25 minutes, got there in like 15. Upfront with the price, no surprises. Quick, efficient, everything you could want. Was able to follow him to the dealership while he towed my fiancée’s car. He drove safely and responsibly, and dropped it off no problem. What more could you ask for?

Hands down the best tow service I’ve dealt with. My car had over heating issues so I had called AAA, to which they told me they couldn’t send anybody out for 5 hours. I called Matty’s and he was able to come within 30 minutes! He was very professional, quick, and overall a super nice guy. Absolutely a phenomenal tow company, I would recommend him to anybody!

He is extremely quick from the moment I called to meeting me at the location I was at was the fastest I've ever had anyone come tow my car. He's extremely mindful of his job and also of the owner's vehicle because he took his time was very courteous and loaded my car which is already lowered and didn't rush any moment or any part of it. Not only is he very mindful to his job and the owner's vehicle but as a person he's also very likable and not someone who would tow your car as fast as they could just to make money. He is much more of a person you actually want to tow your car because of his personality skills and how well he does his job. I've had to get my car towed at least six times this was the first time I've ever had it done by Mattys Towing & Transport and I can guarantee for a fact that I'm not having anyone else ever tow my car except for him. If you want to hire a person who takes their time, has great communication skills, and treats you and your car with the time, respect, and patience; plus understands your situation no matter what it is, then I don't recommend any other towing company other than his.

Not only was Matty here ahead of time, but he figured out a way to tow me when it looked like it wouldn’t work. He was so nice and efficient, had a clean truck, and just couldn’t have been kinder. He took care of most everything once we got to the dealer too. I don’t want to need a tow again, obviously, but if I do I won’t use anyone else. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Great communication, great customer service, one of the fastest tow guys I’ve ever used. My car is lowered and not the easiest to tow and they took excellent care of my vehicle on pickup and drop off. 100% will reccomend to anyone in need of a tow.
