0/10 I do not recommend this moving company unless you’re looking for careless movers who are too focused on their next job instead of carefully completing the current one, your furniture to be broken beyond repair, trash left behind in said furniture, damage to your house, AND incompetent customer service that doesn’t resolve or address your issues for over a month. I could go on and on about how disappointed and disgusted I am with this company. Additionally, they did not refund us for the moving boxes we returned to their warehouse after our move which was super inconvenient and also incredibly annoying. Added photos for context, they offer a service that will break down and re configure your furniture but because the crew that came out was in such a rush AND did not have their tool kit (??) our bed was put back together absolutely terribly, multiple parts were missing / broken and trash was found in the drawers from the crew ( disgusting).The dresser that they did not take apart is completely warped to the point of being unusable. A bedside table is shattered. There is now a large crack in the dry wall. An entertainment center is also broken. Based on the other reviews posted I am absolutely SHOCKED with the service we received. I paid $1,200 (way over the quote we initially received) for this service and am truly disgusted with how this has played out over the last month. I have finally reached my wits end and am exhausted so now writing this review after going around and around with their customer service. I’m sure this negative review will not be addressed and somehow taken down by google or the owner so I’m just screaming into the void, but if not…I would seriously not trust this company with your move.

Needed a mover for a small moving job. Moving Proz helped my son last year and he recommended them to me. Great experience with Brad and Robert today. Good communications. Took the time to properly pad all the wood furniture they were moving for me. Worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful service! Met all expectations. They arrived on time, worked hard to complete the move in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the speed they got the move done. Price was fair for the level of service that I received. The quote was spot on, no additional charges added. They took great care of my belongings and made sure not to damage any items or any of the properties. I would definitely recommend them and if needed I would use them again!

Dom, Adam, and José were friendly, efficient, and professional. Communication before the move was timely and helpful. They were done quickly and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a moving company. I will use Moving Proz again.

All 3 guys on our crew were professional, polite, and efficient! We had zero problems at either home with them moving some heavy and awkward furniture. I would highly recommend them to make your move an easy one!!
