I have been here for about a year now, love this company would recommend to anybody, they r very family oriented and care about us drivers, they are on top of any issues that arise. They don't call you like another review had said, in my 20 years of driving I have never worked for a place that treated me more like family than just a driver. Great pay. Great home time even if it just ur 10/34 breaks. I will be here years to come. BEST PLACE TO WORK!

In the beginning driving for Okan was a pleasure but they call you during your 10 hour resets no matter the time or if you’re sleep and blame you for miscommunication. No after hours dispatch for problems or emergencies. Call you randomly and fault you for something and don’t apologize when they are found mistaken. They are not military/veteran friendly. Money was good but not at the expense of your respect. God bless them

I can only say that I wish I’d came across a family run company like this 23 years ago. They are nothing but respectful to their drivers. They are well organized, and on top of the game in my opinion. Everything about these guys is the best, from the dispatching to the general run of the mill issues you come across in this industry, I’ve not ever felt this level of confidence in a company as I do with Every one here. I have over 20 years in this industry so listen to me when I tell you this is the company you want to work for. There are no miles, truck, or payday issues. I needed a day to attend my sons graduation. I was routed home the day before and received an additional day before my next run. My truck (2019 Freightliner) is an absolute BEAST with every convenience including Bluetooth hands free calling for cellular and truck GPS navigation. When I had a route issue, they answered my phone call at 3:00am. Any negative reviews regarding this company is complete nonsense. They run smooth, professional, and place a high value on their drivers. Best company I have ever worked for.
