DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I am completely unsatisfied with my experience with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I talked to so many people to verify that the storage units I ordered would fit in my driveway and they all assured me that they would. For my Saturday delivery, the extremely rude, arrogant and aggressive driver (did not identify his name) called me on Friday afternoon at 4:45 PM and cancelled my order as he didn't think his truck could fit into my long, wide shared paved driveway and would not listen to my idea about how it might work. He had plain just decided that he wasn't making the delivery and then hung up on me in the middle of our conversation - twice!! This company has great sales people that will help you book your storage unit, but this driver was the worst kind of human being. I was left high and dry without a place for the movers to put my belongings. Moving is stressful enough without being cancelled at the last minute.

It took 3 calls and an email to finally get a quote, then they are now charging me an additional $3,000 to get my pod delivered back to my home. Please be aware that they might give you an decent rate to store your things, but returning your things is going to cost you more than they might be worth.

The drivers are very nice, but management is awful. Our containers were 5 days late for pickup and they keep moving our arrival date. Would never use pack rat again.

If your loading or unloading here, park on the side without the main entrance, look where the blue dot is, that is the only parking for flatbed or step deck, AND IT'S TIGHT, BACK IN FROM THE STREET, you can not turn around or make it behind the the buildings.

Had my final pick up scheduled…called twice to confirm the day of when I hadn’t received a courtesy pick up call. At 4:30pm I was assured I was still on the schedule and they could arrive at 10pm. We stayed up until midnight waiting. NEVER received a call that the driver ran out of hours. Had real estate photographer scheduled for next day. Too late to cancel that, will have to pay for second appt. Pack-Rat’s attempt to make this right…$100 credit. That doesn’t even begin to touch the cost of the domino effect their failure to show put in place. Rescheduled me 2 days out and still won’t guarantee a pick up time at all. All I hear is “I can’t control the a schedule, the facility manager does.” But they won’t let you speak to the facility manager. Save yourself time and money, pay for actual movers—I wish I had.
