Would like to start off with saying, I really wanted to work for this company. I have as with them for 3 weeks and I received a ticket in ga my second week. I was truthful with them and told them what happened and was hiring a lawyer to fight the ticket, because I was wrongfully accused. They last week they let me do all the runs to get the truck to the Irving yard and called me in just to fire me. The ticket was found not guilty and taken care off. The problem I have is that I’m a retired army member and the way they treated me was so wrong. I had to park my truck get a rental and drive home after working for them 3 weeks on the road. There professionalism and the way they treat people is not what I was expecting. My driver manger was amazing and no complaints with him. Their training class is worthless and doesn’t get you ready for what is expected. So if anyone reads this stay away from Pam because it will hurt you in the end.

Look I drive in Taxes between 1:30 and 2:30 one of your drivers took the left lane at 45 mpg on purpose. Everyone move to the right lane to pass the driver. Two semi trucks pass him the 3 the driver with glass cuts in front of other driver. The driver of the Pam truck would have caused a major accident on highway 30! Keep your low speed truck out of our way till the border of Texarkana.

I would not recommend!!!!! They will have you go thru the whole process and have a date set for the class only for them to tell her “they went with someone with better qualifications”. Whaaat??!! I thought you did that BEFORE you even schedule them to a class!!! Poor communication on Lauren and Nicole’s part and poor excuse as to “why”. Y’all’s loss!!!

Pam TRansport inc. I have had alot dealing with Frieght companies. Pam is usually right the top.However today i saw trailer 150416 on interstate 35 in Texas. Why in world you be in the middle lane going in reverse.
