Y’all have terrible drivers! And they shouldn’t be authorized to drive anyone let alone the elderly and sick. One of your drivers nearly ran me off the road before almost hitting my car and didn’t bat an eye! Oh yea all while on her phone!

Looking at the other reviews when I came here to write one there seems to be a trend. This morning I was driving by Jamaica Pond and Van 191 was driving like a maniac, cutting people off, leaning on the horn, speeding, driving aggressively. It is terrible to think that this person is driving around disabled people.

This morning, while traffic was at a crawl in both directions with cars bumper to bumper in front of me on Trapelo Road, the driver and passenger of the REM van were out of control honking, waving their hands and mouthing off to move along, as if there was anywhere to go! For a bit more context, this was at the stretch directly in front of the park, church, and school where students were actively being dropped off. As I turned in, they swerved and sped off a full car length ahead to wait behind all the cars queued in traffic and waiting at the red light. I hope they did not have passengers onboard.

161 EXTREMELY dangerous driving, cutting people off in the completely wrong lane and almost hitting multiple cars. And not to mention while in use with disabled people inside!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!! I NEVER write reviews but this lady is a danger and should not be allowed to drive disabled people around. Should be out of business based on these reviews.

One of your drivers nearly hit me on Morrissey Blvd. They were in a turning lane and almost hit me when they went straight instead of turning. Then they raced off weaving in and out of traffic, speeding and cutting other people off. Maybe when someone is killed or hurt due to your negligence and you're sued you'll care.
