I went there to pickup something , as I didn’t want to wait till the next day to get it delivered. I was very impressed by the professionalism and prompt help from their warehouse people. They were very polite ,helpful and had great customer service.

I routinely have the same driver and he is awesome, its the actual company ruining everything. The whole company took Friday July 30th off for the long weekend and did not share this information on their website, social media, or phone messaging. Even though the rest of Ontario is taking Monday off... so are you expecting me to be at my business on Monday? Cause I wont be. What a disaster you're creating for yourself. That is just the icing on the cake, I understand they are making a false demand by not having enough drivers on at a time. Yet they have enough drivers on payroll.... Why have my shipments that literally always arrived within 48 business hours started taking four or more days? Last time I called to see what the problem was I was told they had to sub contract it out and therefore it HAD to wait in Mississauga for 24 hours, yet when my shipment arrived it was my regular Robert diver! They're liars and I would literally never work with them if my supplier gave me options, just glad they don't get money from me directly.

Driver refuses to deliver to our location, as it's not directly on a truck route, even though the law states that you can divert to get to your destination. Drivers manager doesn't seem to understand how that works either. Extra star for the friendly, helpful people on dispatch, who do understand how truck deliveries work. It's unfortunate they don't have more pull to get things done, as we'd have our shipment by now if they did.
