I am the shipping clerk :) I have been here about a year. There have been many changes since I have started. 1: Please park on the road and walk up the steps by DR 1 to window 1 to check in. THIS WILL HELP WITH CONGESTION AND MANEUVERING :) 2: We are undergoing new ownership/management so the guy yelling at people wont be here as much. Brian, is one of the NEW OWNERS and he is AMAZING :) 3: We have branched out to having 2 facilities now (The other is at 425 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd. ) 141 will be primarily rubber loads. 4: We do in fact have vending machines. They are located up the ramp by Dock 8. We also have a portApotty in the back drive between the 2 warehouses. 5: This is the quickest loading/unloading I have ever seen and I've been in the business 20yrs. Typically you're gone in an hour'ish or less unless something crazy happens with your load. 6: My drivers are what makes me love my job, so come in and shoot the breeze with me! (unless its a crazy busy day) I will set out to make your experience here as pleasant as I can :)

Guy who claimed to be the owner got in my face, no mask, yelling at me to get the f' out the drive way over and over. Then when he finally listened to me saying I was blocked in, he went over and told another driver to hurry the f' up. Wont be going back, it's not the drivers fault your parking lot is tight, and that behavior is abusive.
