If I could give 0 stars, I would. I hired this company for a large move from Lake Mary to their storage facility in Apopka, and from the storage facility in Apopka to my new construction home in Brevard County two months later. After selling my home in Lake Mary, I needed an air conditioned facility to store all my furniture until my new home was completed. The team of about 5 men who took my furniture and boxes to the storage facility seemed to be professional and friendly as well as efficient. When the day came for my furniture to finally be delivered to the new home in Brevard County, all hell broke loose. Every single piece of furniture was damaged. The men broke through my new home damaging freshly painted walls and trim on my new home. They were unprofessional and obviously didn’t know what they were doing. Also, some of the boxes arrived with ROACHES from the storage unit! When I noticed all the damage to my furniture, I expressed I wanted to open an insurance claim for the damages. I spoke to the owner on the phone who offered to send my his repair person. The repair person came and TOUCHED UP all my furniture, walls, and trim. One of my dining chairs was completely wrapped and unfixable, so I was offered a credit for that chair. We agreed on a $90 credit as replacement cost. I moved on May 23rd. Today is August 5th and I never received the $90 credit I was offered. Lastly, I have found additional damage to my dining room table iron support bar, which is bent and cannot be repaired either. DO NOT USE THIS company for your moving needs. I hired the mainly because they charge a flat rate and not by the hour AND they claimed to have insurance to cover any damages. Touching up damaged furniture is not the same as opening an insurance claim for my damaged furniture. The whole experience was a nightmare. Pictures attached!

This was the best moving experience we’ve ever had! They take the frustration out of moving with their exceptional care, respect, and kindness. The packing and moving teams were very professional and efficient. I felt like we lucked-into having a luxury moving company! Excellent price and the service was way over and beyond. I also appreciate that they have their own trucks that are in great shape.

Team Rey at Sebastian gave us a Great move again! They worked so hard and it was so very hot out today. This was a big move and a big job! They were very kind and considerate, addressing my daughter and me very respectfully. I was very impressed with their interest to place everything so nicely in the new house. They wanted every piece to be centered and even. They took great care. They arranged the patio so very beautiful. I loved walking out to the patio!!! Thank you Sebastian for another Great move! Rey is an excellent team leader and he has a great group of guys on his team!

We hired Sebastian Moving and More last week and if I can give them more than 5 stars I would. They are absolutely the best and highly professional. On your request, they would send over an estimator who would drive to your house before the moving date and provide you with the quote. We requested that, and Marcella was simply amazing. She was thorough and concise and gave us a fair quote which was the exact pricing we paid. Speaking of the actual move, I would like to give a great thanks to Rey and team who not only were fast but professional and good at their job. They were able to move our entire home (it was a big house and we moved to even a bigger house) in less than 4 hours (including assembling/dissembling). I applaud them for that. Finally, a huge thanks to their customer support and management, when moving, our dining table got scratched, the team immediately took pics and reported to their manager, Jaime, who without hesitant put us in touch with their fixer, Steve, who came later that week and took care of it. Overall, they're amazing and highly recommended for their service. Thanks
