The worst customer service ever. They will leave your child just because they randomly changed timings without informing you and blame the child for being late when you were patiently waiting for the bus to arrive. They will answer their phone in the most condescending and passive aggressive manner and hang up on you. Horrible horrible management. 0 stars

Safetrans has a contract with San Jose to assist with busses for children. Today this company left my child on the road waiting I wasn't notified until almost a half hour after the scheduled pickup. During this conversation the caller couldn't keep track of his own lies for excuses. Then 55 minutes after another(?) bus driver contacts us with more excuses. Putting a Child at risk is unacceptable. Lying to the parents is unacceptable. Todays driver should be terminated, no driver should be ok to leave a child (in this case a disabled child) on the street waiting. Simply disgusting
