Dr is always 45 mins to an hour late. Just comes into room, asks if I need refills on meds, listens to my heart, looks at blood work results and says see you in 6 Mos. If I ask questions most of the time he acts like he didn't hear me. Happy that I finally changed Dr's! Never would recommend him!

Dr. Todd Always been attentive to my needs and the well being of my mental and physical well being. Not only do I go to him but also my adult children. I have always been listened to and responds to my questions.

Dr.Todd is the worst physician I have ever met. Last time I saw him, it took him 58 minutes to come in room, and when he did the first thing he said was “Do you need any med refills “.. never once apologized for his lateness then he listened to my chest, tapped on stomach, squeezed ankles and said “see you in 6 months. I was so upset I went home and immediately searched for a new primary care physician. I would never recommend him to anyone. Someone like that gives Hartford Health Care a bad name. I will use my name because that was the worst experience I’ve had with a physician. Thank you Gwen Seals

This medical doctor should retire or switch professions. He came late to see me in the room. I went outside, and he was standing in a corner while I was waiting for him for over 30 minutes. When he came into the room, he had an unfriendly appearance. He looked miserable, like he hated his job. Some people were not made to become doctors. However, this is not the first doctor I see like this at the Plainville location. Doctor Sanchez, who also works at this location, is like him; they both look miserable. I am not sure why they have these types of doctors working if they look unhappy and uninterested in their chosen field. Plainville needs to get better and hire better talent. Hire doctors who love what they do and can lift patients instead of making them feel worse. I do not recommend this location stay away if you can avoid it! However, finding good doctors today is pretty hard, unfortunately.
