I had a wonderful experience in BevMo today! Staffs are courteous and helpful, selection is good, but can have some improvement in the Belgium beers department because they are just too few to pick! The store is clean and very well organized. Signage is very good and clear. Price is reasonable!

Patty (sp?) at the register was very thoughtful & thorough. She checked for herself for the brand of rum we inquired about (Blue Chain Bay). Also calld her manager who also went above & beyond to check in the back. I appreciate their due diligence.

so I live within walking distance to another location. it's okay and has friendly staff. but this Milpitas location is so worth the long drive. first the staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. they were totally up on all the promotions and introduced us to a delivery service. they have a huge variety and are so well stocked. it made the trip a great haul.
