It took 3 calls and an email to finally get a quote, then they are now charging me an additional $3,000 to get my pod delivered back to my home. Please be aware that they might give you an decent rate to store your things, but returning your things is going to cost you more than they might be worth.

The drivers are very nice, but management is awful. Our containers were 5 days late for pickup and they keep moving our arrival date. Would never use pack rat again.

If your loading or unloading here, park on the side without the main entrance, look where the blue dot is, that is the only parking for flatbed or step deck, AND IT'S TIGHT, BACK IN FROM THE STREET, you can not turn around or make it behind the the buildings.

Had my final pick up scheduled…called twice to confirm the day of when I hadn’t received a courtesy pick up call. At 4:30pm I was assured I was still on the schedule and they could arrive at 10pm. We stayed up until midnight waiting. NEVER received a call that the driver ran out of hours. Had real estate photographer scheduled for next day. Too late to cancel that, will have to pay for second appt. Pack-Rat’s attempt to make this right…$100 credit. That doesn’t even begin to touch the cost of the domino effect their failure to show put in place. Rescheduled me 2 days out and still won’t guarantee a pick up time at all. All I hear is “I can’t control the a schedule, the facility manager does.” But they won’t let you speak to the facility manager. Save yourself time and money, pay for actual movers—I wish I had.

Horrible company, please be warned and not use them. They were scheduled to deliver my container on 11/16/2023. They have not delivered it on this day. Instead, they delivered it on 11/17/2023 and disrupted my moving. They were scheduled to pick up this container on 11/17/2023. Instead, they came to pick it up on 11/18/2023 but did not pick up. They have not come to get it on 11/20/2023 and on 11/21/2023, they charged me one month rent for this container that I returned to them. They finally picked up their container on 11/22/2023. So, the container is in their possession and they confirmed their month rent with my bank. This is called stealing. Their customer service is horrible. Holding time on the phone is more than 30 minutes. Stay away from this company.
