I worked for a couple of transport companies but working for them as Class 1 driver, was a great experience. The difference between them and other good companies there dispatch and the staff gets the best of you, without you feeling the stress. There dispatch department are utterly hard core professionals who know there jobs perfectly well and at the same they are polite. There operations are very smooth and payments are made as per promised dates. Working for them made me realize that still many good companies exist where you not only make money by sheer hardwork but are respected also and (all staff Accounts and HR ) including truck drivers are treated as equals. I wish I- Way transport all the success in there future endeavors.
