Don’t patronize this business … I was once a repeat customer but not again. Careless, unprofessional and incompetent! The movers broke the glass out of my entertainment center ( never provided info about submitting an insurance claim), didn’t wrap my tv’s after being told to, lied about stacking my items ( you can see the rear wall of the storage , packed my stuff in away where I can’t reach the light switch and arguing with me about the issues mentioned - claiming to have been in the business for 10 years ( maybe he meant 10 days). I was refused any resolution to these issues. The owner/manager/one of the movers comes across as someone who isn’t a thinker and tries to get over. Claimed he like to make money ( something I didn’t need to know) but maybe he needs to understand the concept of cash flow ( fueled by repeated business and referrals ). If this is how they do business, they need to be out of business !
