I contacted 2 Way Auto Transport back in early July to ship my car to Baltimore International Airport where I was going to pick it up and drive it to Marylands eastern shore to visit my terminally ill brother in law and give him a ride in a specially built automobile. I had advised Ray that I was flying in and would land around 10am so it would be good to have the car there sometime around that time. This did not seem to be a problem for them. Long story short, the car finally arrived at 6pm and I couldn't make the trip to see my brother in law that night, so I would have to go early the next morning. Made the trip fine, but the chemo therapy was taking a toll on that day, so the visit and drive were cut short. Time-definite delivery is not a specialty for this transportation company. The car made it there and back without any issues, except the timing. If you are very flexible on your delivery, they are good to go. If you need it picked up or delivered by a certain time, you may want to select another business.

Another review used the word "disaster" to describe working with 2 Way Auto Transport and even that doesn't do it justice. It seems they do not pay their drivers so their drivers get angry and will not deliver your shipment and the company does little to rectify the situation. By far the worst shipping and service experience on record. Find another option if you need something reliably delivered.

This experience has been a disaster. After five weeks, I still do not know where my car is or when or if I will ever see it. They do not communicate, return calls, or tell the truth about anything. I made a big mistake using this company.
