Eugene, Robert and the team at ‘3 Movers 1 Truck’ are amazing! We had the best service and communication ever. Our move was huge from Georgia to Idaho and did not come without challenges. Eugene and his team were able to accommodate us by moving his schedule around. And, for that , we were truly grateful. Their packing was incredible and everything got here in one piece and right on time. I would recommend this company to anyone moving anywhere! Thank you guys, you were awesome!

The guys were good. But they put my mattress on the driveway, all the mattress covered had to be thrown away. They told If anything damaged they will take care of it but even after 48 hours no response.

First I would like to start off by saying the 3 young men that showed up to move me did a good job. However, my problem lies with the owner or whomever is in charge of billing. I believe the guy I spoke to was Mike. I was quoted $185 plus a trip charge. I left a deposit of $185 which would be applied to the move. I moved from Lawrenceville to Winder. I purposely looked for a mover located in Lawrenceville to avoid paying a lot of mileage. The job took 4 1/2 hours exactly. When the move was over I was told I owed an additional $1285. What type of math is that? When I complained and asked for a breakdown I was told I was charged 2 hours for a trip fee because my lead mover came from Marietta. I complained about it since I never agreed to that and Mike knocked it down to $903 left due at end of move. The math still didn’t seem right but and Mike explained I was charged 4.5 hours of moving, a 1 hour trip charge, plus sales tax. I went ahead and paid it because I was exhausted. After I thought about it, I realized that I shouldn’t be charged sales tax on a moving service. So, I text Mike and asked him why I was charged fictional sales tax. He never replied. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

The movers are awesome. Kudos to you fellas and the reason I still gave a $100 tip. I end up paying over $1,000 for a 4 hr move at $141/hr + fees. Make it make sense.

3 Movers 1 Truck LLC, what can I say? My experience with this company was nothing but excellent. How they carefully wrapped the furniture before loading on the truck and carefully delivered and unwrapped at its destination, plus helped me organize it in my living room. Great professionalism and customer service. Would definitely use them again.
