We had rented a storage unit from Willow Glen Storage for ten years and were recently able to finally move our items out. Their facility has always been clean, well kept and the security is very good. I would have given them a five star rating, but unfortunately, we felt as though our storage unit’s rate was constantly being raised and felt as though it was a bit excessive considering the smaller size of our unit, especially considering the fact that I could go online to their website and see that units larger than ours were costing far less. That being said, all in all, our experience with Willow Glen Storage was very positive. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a safe, clean and reliable storage facility.

This place is terrible. My stuff was stolen and nothing got replaced. My picture had been ruined it was super sad, considering my mom is deceased and he china plates were stolen along an Xbox. So sad they only have camera footage for 1 month and reset. Makes no sense to me. I believe it was an inside job. Numerous storage units had been hit and the camera happened to be erased. Don’t trust this place wayyyy too expensive with no security even though they charge a fee for security. Such a joke. Don’t trust your valuables!!

Wanted to rewrite my review it was originally 2 stars, but I'm changing it to 4 stars. Our start wasn't very pleasant and hard ,but since then, they have really tried to make up for any issues and been helpful when they can. The employees are nice. The location is convenient, it's clean and well kept. They will help you however they can ,it might take some time, but they all try their best to accommodate you . Thank you .

In 5 years rent , was raised nearly 50% over that time. Unit was broken in in the first year. Security with cameras, no alarm. Staff good though.

I have to say that “Victor”, the manager over there Yeah. He had the audacity to forge a signature on the contract. I, personally, never signed a contract with them, because Victor took it upon himself to sign for me without my permission, consent, or knowledge. Other than that…? You tell me.
