From the first phone conversation with Michael to the delivery everything went quickly, smoothly and no hidden charges. I had the pleasure of working with Michael, I was having a difficult time trying to get my Acadia shipped from NY, Michael called me, was straight forward and to the point, he explained everything to me, the process, what the costs were so I wasn't left in the dark, he even got me a carrier moments after I had signed my contract with him. Michael got things done and I would go to him again if I ever need to ship another car across the country.

We worked with Joe at 365 Transport. We had send out our shipping needs to one of those generic sites which send you back quotes from many companies. My husband wanted to go with a cheaper company and of course they did not provide a driver like they said they could and also the price was going to end up being higher than the quote. I spoke with Joe on the phone and even though they are one of the higher quotes, it was the realistic amount that it would cost to ship the cars. We had a complicated shipment and five vehicles, 2 which were very large. The drivers that came kept in contact with pick up and delivery, also everything arrived in great shape. It was over 2300 miles to the destination. No hidden fees, the price quotes stayed the same. We also have a hard road to access and one driver met us down the road at a very convenient location since the truck would not clear the low trees and curves. The other two drivers came right to the house and one even road the motorcycle up the driveway for me since my husband was not home. I would recommend this company if you are shipping, they are honest and great to work with.

As I was deciding which car transport company to ship my vehicle from California to Georgia, I read many reviews from other companies and wasn’t sold on it. Especially having to spend $$$, I wanted to make sure each dollar was worth it. My friends used this company a few months ago and had great things to say, so they sent over Joe’s phone number and I sent him a text in regards to shipping my vehicle. He was very quick to respond and was able to give me all the answers I was looking for. He gave me a quote which remained the same on the day of delivery, there were no extra charges. After contacting Joe, the next day my car was already loaded on the truck. 4 days later my car arrived just like he said it would. They are very accurate on their delivery date estimates, in-fact my car came earlier than expected! My car came in perfect condition. Everyone involved was communicating with me and very helpful and reliable. I forgot to get the name of our driver who delivered my vehicle, but he told us he was from Siberia, Russia! The company he was working for was called Federal Transport Solution. He was super nice and very patient with us. He had to park somewhere else close by because he couldn’t fit on our street, but he was nice enough to drive my car to the front of my house. He is very sweet and a great worker! We appreciate his time and for being a great help.

Couldn't have asked for a better car transport service. Joe was so nice and explained the process making me feel comfortable. It went smoother than I expected. It only took 2 days for a truck to pick up my car. The driver was really friendly and he drove from South Florida to Southern California in only 4 days. The car arrived early and everything went according to plan. Definitely recommend 365 Car Transport.
