I hired 4 Seasons Moves for a move on June 4, 2024, and while the service itself was good, my experience was marred by poor communication and a questionable pricing policy. Initially, we agreed on 4 men for 7 hours at $195 per hour, plus a $75 transportation fee. On the moving day, only 3 men showed up, and I was informed at the last minute that this was the new plan, without any prior communication. Despite my concerns, I had no choice but to proceed under these conditions. By the end of the day, the final bill was a staggering $1675, far above the initial estimate, without any proper justification or communication during the move. This pattern of overcharging and miscommunication is concerning. I have a screenshot confirming the original agreed price from Mo, which I will share to substantiate my claims. While I’ve paid the amount demanded, I want others to be aware of my experience. Trust and clear communication are essential in any business, and unfortunately, I did not find that with 4 Seasons Moves.
