I'd like to start by saying that I've moved three times since 2018, personally. In my work, I plan and oversee moves for my clients from Coast to Coast. I've worked with several moving companies. This was the worst experience. What should have been an 8 hour move (max) was a 12 hour move. There were several times throughout the day that time was wasted. These guys did not have hustle. At one point, they wasted 1.5 hours playing Jenga, taking stuff in and out of the moving truck trying to fit everything only to eventually call for another truck (which I paid an additional fee for). So, not only was I charged for the 1.5 hours but then the time we waited for the second truck and the fee for the truck. As a business owner, I pride myself on supporting other business owners. I hire all of the help I can afford. This was my worst hire to date. Before coming to Google, I wrote a great email to the business and shared specifics of my experience. I was told, "these are very serious accusations. These guys will now be fired". What?!?! I was told I'd get a GPS report to prove that time was not wasted on the drive. I never received that. I was never offered any refund, I never received the return call I was promised. Instead, I was left with boxes blocking the walkway in several rooms, damaged items, a literal MESS of boxes tossed in my garage and bedrooms. We hired movers to help make this move easier instead, we were more exhausted and unorganized than any other move we have done. Do NOT hire this company. Your feedback will not be received. They will steal your money. They are unprofessional. Look elsewhere. I wish I had.

Alex was so responsive. She had to collaborate on our scenario with management, to verify if they could accommodate our request. They cared very much and helped us get the move completed in the time we needed it done. The move is over and I’m still waiting for other companies to call back. The movers were super nice and down to earth. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Congratulations on being a company that is still out to achieve customer service and does is with professional grace. Keep up the good work!

Simply the best moving company I've ever used. First, they showed up on time. They worked hard the entire job, they actually hustled from the truck back into the house every trip. We have several antiques and they were careful with each. I cant recommend them enough. Prompt, hard working and professional.

Movers were AMAZING at loading and unloading all of our stuff. When they had to take furniture furniture apart they put it back together as well. Over all experience was great! They were time efficient as well and had good attitudes especially after the long 2-3 hour drive one way of us moving states.

We used 485 to move us yesterday and let me tell you it’s the best moving company I’ve ever dealt with! The two guys that showed up were professional from the get-go and moved us with time to spare. That’s what being a professional is all about!!! I will definitely use them again when needed and refer friends to them. Thank you 485 for making my moving day great!!
