I tried my hardest to not do this, but here we go! DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY!!! I didn't see it until I went back to my storage to rearrange my belongings because the movers just put my furniture everywhere. No order when they moved everything in. I had to rearrange everything. They broke off a corner of my office desk and never said anything to me. I reached out to the owner Marcus and explained what happened and sent pictures. He explained to me he would see if he could order the piece and replace it. It's been over a month and no call back. I have made several calls, and was told Marcus was out or Marcus is on vacation. I called from another phone and remarkably Marcus answered. I was told he was still looking into it. I have called again and no answer. This leaves me no choice but to go to his place of business, and if I still get the run around, he will be hearing from my lawyer! Stay away!!!

This so-called company moved me as of 01/31/24. They changed the time & date three different times before they actually came out to move me. The movers broke my home office desk & never even mentioned it to me. Just so happened I had to go back to my storage unit after they "moved" me & noticed that they broke it & tried to hide it under some boxes. I mentioned this to Marcus the owner & he claims that he's going to get the desk fixed. Today is March 11th & I have yet to hear from him. Each time I call, he's either not in the office or on vacation. WOW!!! This is how a grown man handles his business!!!

Worse service. The guys were fine but they came empty handed. The most useful tools were a foldable cart I had, and a movers cart in my building, otherwise we could’ve easily spent another 4 hrs. We took 4.5 hours for 1 bed 720sqtfeet apartment, I live alone, and I was helping them just as another mover, the destination was just 10min away. Almost $600, is this affordable? You are requested to pay upfront, So visualize yourself paying every hour or they stop. The guys were interrupted by calls from their boss, at some point I asked the manager not to disturb them and leave them work, and he replied like a gang member, “are you setting the rules now? I know my business” great customer service I guess. If you want to be treated with mistrust and spend the double of time, this company is for you. The two guy that came were polite and working, tho.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. My experience wasn’t so good. First off, they don’t tell you over the phone that your time starts when their workers leave their building, which is very dumb! Secondly, the guys were purposely taking their time, one of the guys was constantly on his phone and instead of coming up the stairs where the truck was parked, he walked to the other side of my stairs, taking the longer route back up. They wasn’t very professional!! And after they finally loaded the truck, they chose to stop by the gas station and get something to drink while my time was still clocking. I called their boss or whoever the dude was and he tried to lie and acted as if they already had the drink and I clearly saw them stop. But they still charged me an extra 30 minutes! They’re not a good moving company, they’re not professional and I would never give them my business ever again. And I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
