I had a great Penske truck rental experience from them. I've rented from Home Depot locations in the past and will NEVER do that again, due to such BAD experiences with them. The woman who helped me was great and also allowed me to leave my car parked out front in their parking lot, while I had the truck for 4hrs. They also sent me my final bill asap, as soon as they checked it in at 8:30am. They didn't charge me $25 clean-up fee for the truck's cargo area, like HOME DEPOT did, because I brought it back exactly as delivered to me. THANKS

Please DO NOT use Mayflower Moving company or A-1-A Atlantic Moving & Storage used by Mayflower. We had a very bad experience as a customer whith these two companies. The furniture was delivered to us 4 weeks later and some of it was in poor condition. They sent only one person to make the delivery and they damaged our things. He couldn't cope on his own and would sometimes drop our furniture. They didn't even put our stuff back together because he was complaining that Mayflower had sent him alone. They also have the worst communication and their staff is very rude. His sales agent, Marlo, sells you the best at first, but then doesn't answer his phone and doesn't give you any updates. We had the worst customer experience with this agent.

A disaster from start to finish. Select anyone but A1A Atlantic. They lost our contents, destroyed our contents, forgot to send our contents - it is absolutely the worst company to work with. If you choose to work with them, you will be disappointed. I can’t find one good thing to say about A1A Atlantic Moving & Storage. The very first crew that came to pack said terrible things about the company. I should have considered that a clue. Don’t waste a second considering them for any move. Any option other than A1A Atlantic is a better decision.

Please DO NOT make the same mistake our family made and use this company! We write this review to express how utter disappointed after assessing all of the damage to our house and property after our recent move. For example, we had walls and furniture that were damaged or completely destroyed in the move, nearly ½ of the boxes had something broken in the box despite the items being bubble wrapped, the movers were late and short-staffed moving our furniture out and into our new house and now after finally going to through all of the boxes, boxes are missing! It was not what we expected at all for the price we paid for the service and the company’s affiliation with a national company like Mayflower. We specifically chose a company with a national affiliation since we thought we were get better service and care of our property but we could not have been more wrong. I truly believe that we should have used a family owned company that would have treated our precious memories that cannot be valued or replaced like our children's pottery (that were broken into pieces), my mother's dishes broken (all of which were in bubble wrap), and a myriad of other items broken, scratched, and not treated with dignity and respect. We have asked the moving company to please look for our missing boxes and return them to us as soon as possible. The moving company denied losing the boxes and denied destroying our property. THEY WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING LOST, BROKEN, OR MISSING even if you pay extra like we did to have your electronics packed by the movers. For example, we paid for the movers to pack a $3,000 TV in an extra large TV carton that we bought from the moving company and in instead the movers packed the TV in 2 pieces of cardboard with tape around it which exposed the edges of the TV. The edge of the TV was crushed and despite the fact we paid extra for the TV carton and that they incorrectly packed the TV, the company offered to paid $27.00 for a $3,000 television that would not have been destroyed had they packed it in the box we paid extra for. As for delays, our move back into our new home was delayed by a week and then the moving coordinator, Marlo Villa, (which was nearly impossible to reach by text or phone on the move in date) tried to delay the move-in date after it had already been delayed a week to obtain more storage fees. The movers brought the wrong sized truck when initially moving out of our old house which caused a delay. Of note, we were charged for 1 truck with 5 movers for 20 hours and there were only 2-4 movers assigned depending on the day of the move. Then we were then overcharged for an additional month of storage which had to be disputed with our credit card company and the amount was refunded to us since it was not in compliance with our contract. All in all, it was one of the WORST experiences my family and I have had with a company that we believed would do excellent job and where we were willing to pay more for the service than the other companies we contacted and obtained estimates for our move.

Delivered some merchandiser cooler here for one of my customers, the staff and guys unloading the truck we're all nice and professional. The owner of the place came out and spoke with me and he seemed like a great guy. I wouldn't advise overnight shutdown, but there are areas on the side of the road a couple trucks could sit. Overall a great experience as far as making a delivery to this business.
