It’s been a few months since this company moved us but I wanted to make sure I left a review since they deserve it.... I recommend them 100%. From the first call to schedule them, to them showing up on time with good attitudes, to moving us quickly and for a fair price... we couldn’t have been happier with their service. They were upfront and honest throughout the entire process.... really could not have been happier with everything. A++++++

By far the worst experience of moving. When they came to our house, they were very negative and grumpy. By day two The crew ended up quitting the job because they had gotten into an argument between each other. They told my 70 year old parents to rent a van and finish it themselves. They cussed in front of my young children. They scratched our floors up, did not put furniture together, took 2 hour breaks... the list goes on and on of how unhappy we were with them! By the end they tried to get us to pay them and we had already called the owner to come out. We explained that we wanted to talk to the owner before paying and they drove off in the truck with some of our furniture. Never have I wanted to wash my hands with a company so much. So disappointing to have this as our first memory in our new home !

I'm still in shock for what they just did. Quoted me for $99 an hour, $2 per box and roughly 6 hr total for packing, loading, unloading and assembling. Credit card payment was okay as part of the deal. They came with 3 folks on time, took 7 hrs for 2/3rd of the house and then bailed out. They said they won't do rest of the things and started cursing. I was very shocked and scared by their behavior. They told me to make cash payment of $988 for their incomplete work because they won't take credit card from me. They won't assemble anything either. They said they won't unload the truck until I pay them cash and while I go get money, their time will be ticking. I was scared, upset and helpless. Our neighbors realized the situation and called cops. Please stay away from this company.

I have used this company at least four times over the years and be very satisfied but my last time an air mattress is missing. I have called several times and was told to write a letter which I did and have had no luck. Today I called after not hearing from them in a few weeks and was told the owners were out of town and then in our conversation was told by the person that she just doesn't know what to tell me. I am questioned every time if i am I sure i have been through everything. Well I wouldn't keep calling if I had the brand new air mattress and I don't like being put off. Hope this gets resolved. I'm sure they should have insurance for this kind of thing.
