I’ve had 2 different occasions where a delivery driver broke my pallet jack & said nothing to me… nothing was done to resolve this issue on the customer service side. My company & I have done business with A1 for 10+ years, spending $200,000-$300,000 total on deliveries over that time. However, that doesn’t seem to matter to them… so I will now be looking elsewhere for courier services that provide proper customer service, and actually value their long time customers.

This delivery service is outstanding. I needed an important document delivered within 18 hours; A-1 delivery service had it done! I was made aware of this situation at 7 PM, I submitted an online request around 8 PM, by 6 AM the company had responded with a quote, by 9 AM my document was picked up, and by 11 AM the recipient had it in hand. The cost is very reasonable compared to other main stream same-day delivery prices. Highly recommend A-1!
