We had a very positive experience with A-1 Freeman moving. They have been communicative and very punctual every step of the way! Clarence was excellent as the packing lead, and Ryan has been a great move coordinator. We are very thankful to them for helping make our move smooth!

13 days delayed in receiving our stuff. We wanted a full unpack and we are told we didn’t pay for which I don’t believe for how much we paid. Especially in comparison to the other companies. It was difficult to get responses back through the process. We were lied to in regards to why there was a two week delay which we found out upon delivery by the driver. I would give a 0 if it weren’t for the people who packed our stuff and unloaded. They were great. I highly recommend another company especially for the cost. The other companies were a lot cheaper with a full unpack. I don’t think I have ever been as frustrated with a company and process.

A-1 Freeman was great from start to finish! This was our 25th move and was one of the best movers we’ve used. From the accurate estimate, to the experienced and careful packing team, to the easily accessible move manager, to the loading and unloading, we were very happy with A-1 Freeman. We had a couple of items with minor damage which were quickly repaired or resolved through the easy online damage claim process. I highly recommend A-1 Freeman Movers.

The account manager, Ryan Cruse, who came out to my house to give me the initial estimate was very helpful, professional, and prompt. Nancy Garrett at the office was very responsive and helpful arranging the delivery. The driver, Nicole, was also very pleasant and professional. The crews who packed and unpacked were very polite and took great care with my items. My actual cost even came in almost $900 under the estimate. I would highly recommend A-1 Freeman Moving!

A-1 Freeman did a great job for us in our move from Oklahoma City back to Seattle. Our coordinator, Ryan Kruse, helped us to identify and implement ways to reduce our costs. Our timing changed a couple of times and they rolled with that without missing a beat. Pickup, storage and delivery were all executed professionally. I can’t think of a thing that arrived damaged. The only thing we’d change is for the delivery crew to slow down a little. We struggled cross-checking the manifest and worried for a while that some items had been lost (they hadn’t). That’s relatively minor, though, and A-1 Freeman has our strong recommendation!
