I was really impressed by John, Tony, and Cole. They were prompt, professional, worked hard, and very fast! Our move was a bit more complex as it involved more stops than an A to B route but this team managed to get it done way faster than we anticipated. Will definitely be a repeat customer next move!

We hired Boulder All Star Movers on three separate occasions to handle a very complex move, and each time we have been extremely impressed (to say the least!). Angel, Joe and Josh moved our belongings today with care and efficiency, and were incredibly kind and generous with lending extra help for a few tasks that we were struggling with. They were very friendly and offered to help in more ways than I can count. We are extremely grateful to them for their expertise, everything was moved without a scratch, and I would hire Boulder All Star Movers again without any hesitation. Wonderful experience -- 5 STARS! I have to also mention that last week we had another fantastic experience with Boulder All Star Movers. John, Min and Ryan were amazing and everything was moved and delivered to perfection. They were punctual, great communication, friendly, and super helpful. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Update July 2024: Another great experience with Team BAM. This time cross-country from Boulder to NY. Coordinated again with Don in the office and John led the crew of Adam, David and Cole. They communicated across their drive, hustled on both ends to get the truck loaded and unloaded. Highly recommend! ________ Team of Jeremy, Min, and Cole were awesome! Showed up on time, professional, efficient…made the hard task of moving on a hot day so much easier. Thank you!

As someone who owns a company that also offers move management services, I take great pride in helping my clients have the most stress-free move experiences whether we are helping them pack or unpack. And while I understand that you probably claim the same, I have seen your work first hand many times when unpacking clients, especially several Marshall Fire victims who are just now getting resettled back into their homes and have been truly horrified by the quality of your work. The most recent client was this past week and it was the worst yet so I feel the need to take to the internet and share what I have seen. There is never an excuse for essentially shoveling stuff into boxes. Nor should I ever open a box to see that none of the fragile items were not properly wrapped. But the worst part with this particular client was the fact that you packed opened bottles of liquids which goes against every moving company contract I have ever seen, including my company's. The result? Leaks that subsequently led to both insect and rodent infestations. You knew that the vast majority of fire victims stuff would be in storage for an extended period of time so food never should have been packed even under the best of circumstances. A fire though? The toxins that were settling throughout the community for weeks/months after the fire inside and out was a huge issue and all of the food should have been thrown out as per instructed by FEMA. I hope that you will take this as an opportunity to simply do better in the future. Since my client has suffered enough trauma from everything that has happened after the fire in Dec. 2021, even writing a review has been too difficult for her, but not for me, someone who was raised to always fight the good fights. It's my understanding that your team members often take clients phones and write reviews on behalf of the client upon finishing packing, loading and/or unloading which is obviously very inappropriate especially until a client actually starts to open boxes to see how things were truly packed. There shouldn't be any pressure to submit a review at all let alone right on the spot and yet that is how my client felt. If I thought calling or sending a private message would have any impact I would have gone that route but I know several others in my area of expertise in the Greater Boulder area that have seen your work as well and have tried to communicate with you about these situations but received no degree of remorse or sympathy and certainly no compensation for the clients we represent for the extremely unprofessional service you provided. If I could have given zero stars I would have but Google requires at least one, one I truly don't think you deserve. Sorry...not sorry. P.S. The photos below were taken immediately upon opening the boxes except for the one with dried honey stuck on the plate...there was some food packed on top of these items including the bottle of honey that had leaked on the plate. They weren't even full and, again, no effort to wrap anything fragile.
