Donny and one of his helpers did a great job packing my uhaul until it came time to pack up my big screen TV. The TV was packed incorrectly and resulted in the TV being shattered. When contacted about the issue, Donny said he would personally take care of replacing the TV as he should have packed the TV better/correctly, and that it was his fault for the incident. He requested I send him pictures of and the information about the TV and he would get back to me. I have contacted him numerous times and have not gotten a response from him. Still waiting on a response, and am getting close to contacting a lawyer about the situation if not resolved soon. Would not recommend.

Donny and his crew were very professional. They are very fast and efficient. What I appreciate most was the stress Donny took off of my fiance'! Everything he said would happen ,happened just as he said. Very careful with our belongings and saved me money from other quotes

I'm a licensed Realtor and will never suggest a moving company because of what a Humble Move, Donnie and his crew did. To start they were moving my parents from TX to AR. The morning they were supposed to arrive Donnie turned his phone off. His crew showed up mid afternoon... They were supposed to get there at 6am. Because of this we had to push closing to the following day. It was a disaster from there on. They left my parents house in TX unlocked and neighbors found family photos In the street. My All said and done my dad had to drive back to TX and rent a U-Haul to finish moving all the items Donnie and his crew left. They stole multiple household goods including two Lifesize Nutcracker. Donnie has never returned a call or text from me or my parents. This was truly the worst moving experience and Donnie and his crew should be brought up on charges . Update to response * you never physically met me however we had multiple text conversations and per your request I sent you pictures of my clients/mom's garage filled with boxes. I then connected you with my client/mother whom you talked with at length multiple times. During those conversations she told you the size of her house and expressed concerns with the amount of lack thereof moving equipment you proposed to bring. You convinced her you would make it work and she trusted you. You sent your crew to TX without an address or a number then turned your phone off for half the day. Once your crew finally arrived they stated you sent them to TX without any money and asked my client/mother for some. Your crew left my mother's house unlocked. A neighborhood called my mom and let her know not only was the door unlocked but she also found family photos in the street. They also used some knifes to play darts with in the backyard. After your crews second trip from TX to AR YOU STILL LEFT MULTIPLE ITEMS AT THE HOUSE IN TEXAS. You did not tell us, the neighborhood had to go to the house to let my mom know there were still items/furniture left at the house. My dad had to rent a truck and finish the move. I reached out to you personally multiple times and then put you on a group text with both my clients and you. The last text was sent at 6/18/22 at 7:22pm. You still have yet to respond.

Donny & his team were careful and efficient! They squeezed me in on a Friday night which was greatly appreciated. The price was fair and exactly as quoted. Thanks again for y'all's hard work!
