Didn’t want to leave but personal reasons forced me to be closer to home! Really great company to work for equipment is new and runs good no Cummins in trucks but they get the job done . Mechanics don’t fuk around they will have you rollin asap! If not they’ll put u in another truck to keep you rollin. Office people are all nice good folks and respond to you in fair time. And they let u take the truck home 💯💪🏽 No cap I’ll always recommend A&J to drivers

There reviews are fake and written by family and friends!! If you break down be prepared to wait a couple of days before you get towed or someone comes out,plus they'll complain if they can't talk you through fixing the problem they think all drivers should be mechanics too!! Worst part is most of their staff needs cultural training really bad!!!

Been with A&J 6 years. They always work hard and strive to maintain excellent relationships with multiples customers from all over the country and provide work and be first on the list to call, due to the dependability/loyalty A&J provides its customers. Always making adjustments to try and better accommodate their employees in a competitive and changing field for both office personal & our drivers. Keep updated equipment for drivers and are consistently learning knew programs to better serve/operate with customers.

These people are crooks. Don’t believe all the positive reviews. There’s a reason they all came in 5 months ago. Because it’s their family and friends writing them. They’re crooks and they’ll do anything to take your paycheck. Even when you do as asked and return everything. Came to haul frac sand but they got kicked off the wells and didn’t have the work so they made me go over the road in a dump truck for 500-$700 a week. This place is an absolute JOKE.
