I'm so pleased that I went with Al's, I had a great and speedy move. I had gotten a lot of quotes from moving services for my move, and most of them were well over $2,000 for a local trip. When I found Al's I was unsure how an hourly rate would end up working out, but they assured me that it would be well under the $2,000+ quotes I was receiving and I'm so glad I trusted them, I ended up saving so much money! Despite being paid by the hour, all three movers were quick and efficient with both packing up my furniture and driving to and from all three of my stops. They were pleasant and friendly and took great care of all of my things, even moving a few pieces around when I changed my mind on locations as they were setting everything up. I would definitely recommend!

Al’s Movers gave me a fair quote and stuck to it. Juan and his crew were amazing. On a very hot day they just did the job. They were always courteous and professional. Juan made sure that I was completely satisfied with the move before they left. His crew took very good care of my belongings. I would 100% recommend them.

Well for one they'll charge you an hour just to drive 15 minutes one way, which I know for a fact it doesn't take an hour to drive from White Plains to Rye and then he will charge you another hour to drive a 25 minutes the other way and then still overcharge you and then you have to do the calculations yourself and tell Al he's over charging you. He catches an attitude if you correct him. I do not recommend this company at all. They purposely take their time since they charge by the hour. The movers on the other hand were great guys they didn't misplace a part of my TV which I have not found yet but haven't really looked. I should have done my due diligence and checked reviews from multiple sites as you will see if you do so yourself they have very poor reviews. As a business owner I think that this is a disgrace and a reason that gives companies a bad name.

Beyond satisfied with our move from Queens to a home in Yonkers in late March 2024. The team of Joey #2, Luis, Federico and Manual surpassed all expectations. They were on time, courteous, thoughtful, careful and hard working. They wrapped and carefully moved all our furniture and were extremely attentive. They even put our beds and babies crib back together seamlessly and placed all our furniture just as we wanted. Before the move, Al made the process transparent and seamless. The price was also very competitive. I will absolutely be recommending them and using them again if we ever move again!
