I cannot say enough positive about AM Moving Company. Joseph and William worked so hard on a much bigger job packing my friend to move her from one apartment to another. They were so courteous and helpful. Communication was great and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Very pleased with AM Moving. I was having my downstairs carpet replaced, so the guys came and moved my antique furniture out to the garage. The next day the carpet installers came, and then AM returned the day after to put all my furniture back in the house. They are obviously experienced in moving fragile or old items.The guys are pleasant and polite also and went the "extra mile" to help me.

I hired AM Moving Company for my recent move, and I was extremely disappointed with their service. The movers arrived two hours late without any prior notification, which set back my entire moving schedule. During the move, several of my items were mishandled and ended up damaged. Despite assurances of careful handling, the movers seemed rushed and careless. Additionally, the final cost was significantly higher than the estimate provided, with unexpected fees that were not clearly explained beforehand. Overall, my experience with AM Moving Company was highly unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend them to others.

I had some issues arise through my experience with AM Moving. The workers looked stressed and rushed, and it led to some minor breaking of my stuff sadly. There was also a distinct stench of a recreational substance. It reeked enough that it was still lingering after the move. I’m unsure of who it came from but it was very noticeable. Other problems I had included the furniture not looking wrapped well, the move taking longer than what I was told in an estimate, and I’m fairly certain I’m missing a few things. I tried reaching higher ups, however it seemed as if they were purposefully hard to reach and after trying many times I decided to give up.
