We did a load for this brokerage on July 15, 2024. Invoiced on July 17th and still have yet to be paid. Recently received an email stating that they will mail a check on 9/16 so by the time we receive it we'll be at least 35 days past our net 30 terms. Unacceptable.

Worst service ever! weeks late on delivery. Said it was because they were waiting on a install kit for dishwasher. However it was delivered weeks before they actually delivered my stuff to the house. Finally upon arrival it almost took the power line down to the house when backing the truck in. Had to scream to stop them. Was not prepared for install, was not competent to install, did not install. Therefore no items could be removed and hauled away. Left, without asking me to inspect delivered items. Opened items to find severe damage to them. Called drivers back and they refused to return to pick up items. Worst service I have ever received.

I am very unhappy with the delivery service from AM Transportation. I had a delivery scheduled for this during a time at which I could not be home. I called to see if it could be delivered later or earlier that day and was told that someone would call me. The delivery never came, no one called me, and I had to call them back twice before I found out that it is now scheduled TWO WEEKS LATER. This is not acceptable. Someone should have reached out to me. If I had known that it would take two weeks later, I would have made arrangements for someone to be home. I am very unhappy!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Worst shipping company ever. Don't miss their phone call, If you do & call back 5 minutes later they will not answer and then cancel the delivery. 2 weeks I've been trying to get a TV to my house. I gave up and sent to back. If you do answer the policy is the TV then sits on a truck for 2 days driving all around, Easily being susceptible to damage.
