My family is very disappointed with Mobility Express. We had a 9:15AM pick up for a very important event and they never showed up! We called and left voicemails and had no answer unit 10AM! When they finally called us back, they stated that they did not have confirmed details so they were unable to fulfill the transport. I simply do not understand this. Why call at 10AM, 45min AFTER you are supposed to pick someone up stating that you did not have confirmed details??? Not only that, but my grandmother personally went to their offices to confirm all the details and make sure they were able to fulfill this type of job (we needed an all day transport as we have multiple locations to get to) which they stated was not a problem at all. My grandmother also called them the week prior and confirmed the reservation. I don’t know what happened, but my grandfather would have missed walking his daughter down the aisle. Fortunately, I was able to call for a last minute all day transport with Cal Royal and they were more than accommodating. Big shout to them and Khalil!

Great job, everyone! My situation was a bit challenging because my house has stairs and my patient needed to be on a gurney, but your team managed it expertly. They brought both a stair chair and a gurney and were very patient with me since I was nervous about transporting my patient. Mobility express is a great non emergency transportation company. I have had a wonderful experience with them. They have a very polite and professional team of employees that are very prompt with appointments and scheduling. As for there services they are incredibly kind and understanding with patients. I would recommend them for any non emergency transportation.
