As a former employee of The Moving Experience I can attest that it's a great company to have handle your move and the owner treats every move as a personal mission to accomplish with great care and to his very high standards. He sets a high bar and the training required and expectations from his employees reaching toward that standard is what allows his company to perform great moves in very often quite challenging circumstances and still exceed customers' expectations. The owner has personally helped me with 3 of my own moves, 1 that was for my parents, and he’s always gone out of his way to be of great help in providing equipment, tools, materials at cost, his own time, and even a truck in one instance when moving my parents to another city. A fine example of generosity and taking care of his employees (even former ones like myself). The owner started out from the bottom of the Totem pole working moving jobs and loading trucks for other people for years before building his own company from scratch. So he has moving experience from all aspects of the trade from the hard, technical, physical work of safely moving a Murphy bed or piano down flights of wooden stairs with turns, or full days packing moving trucks in scorching heat turned into night shifts and doing it again after little sleep, to organizing trucks, drivers, and movers across a timeline and multiple state lines to perform an interstate move all the while jumping through the legal hoops set forth by transportation laws, labor laws, etc. I worked several jobs with him where customers who were dishonest about the volume and details of their move caused moving jobs to carry on through the entire night into the next day. The owner always made a way, always pulled through, always delivered. The customer would have their move completed and items delivered in excellent condition even when the customer would be the cause of issues. Any service oriented business owner knows and everyone else should understand that there will always, always, be unsatisfied customers that don't see the full set of circumstances clearly enough to realize why their expectations of service or price haven't been met. Most people have no real idea of what it takes to perform a move in a professional manner or to run a moving company. Many just want to pay a few bucks for a couple guys to throw their items in the back of a truck and go – and you can get that, go post your offer on Craigslist and maybe Chip and Ding will show up with their pickup and rattle your stuff over the hill. But if you want your items handled professionally, furniture pad-wrapped and shrink-wrapped, fragile items boxed properly, equipment and art crated, insured, efficiently loaded and delivered in a timely manner or you have say a grand piano, statue, grandfather clock, hot tub, art or other incredibly difficult items to move that you need done without breaking someone or the item itself - - then I would recommend using The Moving Experience for your help. They do the easy stuff too.

The Moving Experience handled a small load that I needed to be sent to Yulee Florida. The process went smoothly. They were there when I needed them and have no issues with the move. If I were to do it over I would still use their services.

This was the best moving service I’ve hired to date. I’ve worked with 2 other big moving companies that under bid, and I ended up paying way more than I was supposed to.Dillon was easy and up front from the date of booking, the QA, and the actual movers. Speaking of the movers, they were professional and extremely efficient. Nicole and the Rudy (two of them) came in, looked everything over and were done in less than 2 hours. I have a 3 bedroom house that got packed into the truck so quickly! I moved from California to Miami, so we had to be on the road after they left. It was great! Thank you so much! This company has a good reputation across country cause the movers I hired for unload spoke very highly of the company . Stated we will give you a discount just because they moved you! Say what!!!!
