Hire at your own risk ! Extremely unprofessional and callous and the movers stole a bunch of our furniture !!! But here is the more detailed run down of our experience with them. We booked AOC more than two months before our move and when I called 3 days prior to our move to confirm, I was unable to reach anyone on the phone and left a VM that was never returned. When no one showed up at the scheduled time on the day of our move, I called them again only to find out that they had a mix up and the team that had been scheduled to handle our move would not be able to make it. Given that we were moving coast to coast and our moving company ABF fright had already been scheduled to pick up the trailer by the next morning, I let them have a piece of my mind. Under fire and having realized that they'd messed up they sent a completely untrained set of hands to handle our move. The leader of the pack was drunk and started arguing with me when he started throwing expensive pieces of furniture pieces around and knocking them around ! He threatened to leave when I confronted him until a more sober guy showed up ( a chef who moonlights as a mover) and had it not been for the second guy, we would have had a disaster on our hands. Half of the articles weren't packed properly and this one guy in particular broke one of our heirloom quality mahogany wood chairs worth more than $3000 ! HE ALSO STOLE one of our Dyson Aircool fans worth $500 !!! ALL IN ALL AN EXTREMELY UNSCRUPULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING SERVICE ! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!

Never ever use this moving company. First, our move was scheduled for 8:30 am. At 9:20 am almost an hour later, we called and Bryan said their truck was “not working” and were coming at 11 instead. Obviously they forgot about our move or else they would have called us to let us know at the original time of move. Second, they came late around 11:15 am when we had called at 10:40 to confirm they were coming at 11 and Bryan said “the movers are very close”. When the movers came, they showed attitude, changed the prices, and said they could not complete certain actions that were agreed upon in the contract without charging extra. Even after we told them it’s included in the contract and showed it, they said they would talk to their boss. Less than 10 minutes later, they said their boss cancelled, and they just left. They were rude from the start to end. We called several times after to no response. They did not give the cancellation fee to us, and now we are stuck in a near empty house with packed boxes and bags. Horrible and unprofessional customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone, even my worst enemy.

This is the worst moving company I had experience with. Not only they came 2 hours late, but they wanted to charge us additional fees for the tape securing the blankets, when it was clearly included in the agreement they sent us. Then they cancelled the move and my whole house is now uprooted. On the top of that Brian who I spoke to did not apologize and said that they are not going to reimburse me for the inconvenience when their agreement clearly stated $120 cancellation fees. Very bad customer service.

They were great. I had a couple of more specific requests that they met with out issue. Moved from downtown LA to SD they were great and everything was done in a timely manner. Super polite guys and worked swift. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

This was a great service. Fast and friendly workers showed up right on time. Clean new truck with all the dollies and furniture pads needed. Finished with time to spare because of their hard work. Comprehensive customer service for booking. Great price. I would definately recommend AOC to my family and friends.
