As we all know packing up your personal belongings is a tuff job, and so is finding the rite storage facility.Do yourself a favor and research the local storage facilities,and im confident that you will be the next satisfied customer here at A-1 storage,this company really does treat you like family,and the facility on baroni ave is always clean,last but not least the manager on site (JOJO)is the most helpful person when you find yourself looking for answers in a boxed up situation,that isnt going so smoothly....please tour the facility and join our storage family....you"ll thank me later..JOHN CONNELLY

I just signed up to rent and so far everything has gone great! Jojo helped us register for the unit and was very professional and knowledgeable about the contract and the property. UPDATE: This has been an excellent property to work with, the elevator works every time you put your code in right and once in a while another renter will leave the little cart to help you bring your stuff to your unit. I know everything I have stored there is locked up and safe. I'm still very happy with A1 Self Storage

This is not my first time having A-1 as my choice for storage. Let me tell you I worked with Jojo and had great stress free joyful interaction.I got to see my storage unit before I did any paperwork, was shown the both elevators and where to locate carts to help with getting my very items in and locked up securely. The facility is clean well lite and like I said staff is great. So glad to be back with A-1. Would never had left if I didn’t move out of town with no A-1 around. I feel comfortable with my family heirlooms safe. The hours for access are great. I don’t have to work with early closing to get to my outdoor items and not wait until a weekend to get my bike or tent out to then start my time off. I recommend A-1 to my friends and family and anyone looking for that extra space this is where you want your paperwork, seasonal items or that Christmas gift that you want to hold onto but no way will go with the decor.

I just moved out of this A-1 Storage today, but definitely not because of their customer service. Staff has always been courteous and friendly. I have never had any issues in the several years I have had my storage unit here. The gentleman that helped me close out my account today was very helpful and even though I asked for a broom to finish cleaning out my unit, he insisted that he would take care of it.
