A One Van Lines was a great choice I moved from NYC to the Midwest my move was stress free and easy, they gave me the best deal compare to other moving companies. A One Van Lines made me feel comfortable, they took great care from the pick up of my boxes to walking me through the drop off at my new home. The whole experience was completely stress free! The movers were very professional, they clearly explained step by step the whole process. Great Customer service from the sales person to the movers that came to pick up my belongs. I would definitely recommend this company. They help my move be stress free! I would highly recommend!

Do NOT use this moving company. JOE IS A BROKER even though he said he wasn't. His "wife" is Sue???This moving company left my belongings out in the rain while unloading the truck. They broke my brand new EXPENSIVE, ONE OF A KIND couch I treated myself to when I bought my house and my beautiful China dishes were also broken and damaged. I am missing many belongings that they stole from me!! I tried to call Joe to discuss all of this but guess what, he got his double amount he "quoted" just like a broker does and won't return one of my calls. The drivers of the truck that carried my furniture across country could not have been more disrespectful and rude. The drivers name is Andre and he is awful but figuring the kind of company this is, I'm not surprised. I'm giving everyone a fair warning, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They lied to me left and right and ruined my belongings....left them ALL in the pouring rain. Unbelievable! If I can sue them, trust me, I will. I promise all of you out there!

We just used A One Van Lines for our move, and they were excellent! I found them on a simple Google search, and asked for a quote. Then I got a call from Lou Miller, who was very friendly, and explained what they have to offer (which is everything: Furniture wrapping, disassembly and reassembly, room to room placement, boxes, and more). He gave me the lowest minimum by far of any company, and even a July 4th discount, despite my booking it a few weeks after. The low minimum allowed me to then pay the true cost of my move rather than a minimum that exceeded what I actually recieved. Plus, as Lou assured me on the phone, there were no hidden costs. I knew exactly their rate, and was charged accordingly. On moving day, the team came and they were friendly, funny, and reassuring to quell our anxieties. They worked tirelessly the whole time with great professionalism, quickly wrapping furniture, and clearing out my old apartment faster than I could say "damn!" We didn't have to lift a single thing, they moved everything for us. The truck was also packed incredibly well, and was more than big enough to hold our two bedrooms, living room and kitchen worth of furniture and boxes. At my new apartment, the crew got all the boxes and furniture back in and unwrapped. Not a single thing was lost, broken, or even scratched. Since it was a hot day, plus we had a few weird stairs at the entrance of the building that gave the movers a hard time, we tipped them generously for an all around job well done. I would 100% recommend A One Van Lines to my friends, and use them for my next move (though I hope that's not for a while since I love my new apartment). I know movers in general usually have a bad reputation, but I can only say good things about A One Van Lines! Lou also understood that movers can have a bad rap, and clearly explained why his company always did a good job (and everything he said was true!). If you're looking to move soon, you can't go wrong with A One Van Lines.

MOVERS FROM HELL. I use A One Van Lines to move me from NY to CT, it was a nightmare. They broke my furniture's. On one of them they put clear tape to cover it. I paid extra for them to pack and move my new TV, but after they left my TV couldn't work. They did everything I ask them NOT to do. Also, some of the furniture's they pull down and fix back are now wobbling. I called the office about 10 times but they don't care about you after they receive payment. Will NEVER use again. Everyone online says their service is great. Don't listen to them, it is awful. The office workers are very nice initially but after they receive payment, they treat you like you are nothing. Please note, you have to pay them before they unload the truck so you won't know if they break anything until afterwards. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. DON'T USE A ONE VAN LINES MOVERS FROM BROOKLYN.

Recently used Joe from A One Van Lines to help move our offices within Howard Beach NY. We had desk, tables, chairs and plenty of boxes to move. They did so quickly and efficiently. Charged a flat rate and everything was done within a few hours. I will be sure to use them again in the future.
