I hired Pensa Movers in 2001 when I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. More recently I hired them again in March 2024. Louis Pensa was very accommodating when I had to change dates of the move last minute when the closing got pushed off a few days. His crew showed up on time and they were very careful with my items and also very efficient in the use of a freight elevator in my apartment bldg. The guys were equally professional when they unloaded and put my furniture wherever I directed them. I would certainly use Pensa Movers again and recommend them to anyone.

I used Pensa movers on 7/1/24 excellent service. They went above and beyond like moving things into the garage that people would take at a late date to moving from a house into an apartment complex with only 1 ekevator. From the office dealing with Dennis and Jodi, to Lou an owner , all very pleasant to deal with and always got back to you in a timely manner. Don’t hesitate very good, reliable and PLEASANT ! HAPPY MOVING

Pensa Moving And Storage were referred to me. I should have stuck with the movers I had in the past. I had stored my Ethan Allen furniture previously without a marks or scratches with other movers. Pensa is the worst moving and storage in the industry. My furniture is all scratched. They had to have it so tightly stored that my furniture is all scratched up. Tops, side, fronts of multiple pieces. Also some kind of dark marks that cannot be polished out. They are by far the worst! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR IF YOU LIKE YOUR FURNITURE, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

We recently had our second move with Pensa and everything was PERFECT! I can't say enough about this company. We have all heard horror stories about other moving companies.
