I want to thank A Plus Movers for the excellent service I received today and provide some feedback on my recent experience with them. I had purchased two love seats this weekend and had to prepare for them to be delivered in two days. I had a sofa that was still in my living room that I had to get removed and placed in my garage until I get rid of it. As soon as I knew when my new furniture would be delivered this Tuesday, I began searching the internet to find a moving company to help move the sofa out of my house. I found one company and explained what services I needed, they gave me a reasonable cost and we scheduled an appointment for them to do the move on Monday morning. I needed the sofa out of my house before Tuesday, so this worked out great. Although, in the middle of the night after I provided them pictures of that was needed to be done they raised the cost and the service date, which I didn’t agree to and so I cancelled there appointment. Monday morning at about 7am, I last minute was trying to find another moving company to help with my needs. I called A Plus Movers and spoke to Thab Patterson, I explained what I needed and when I needed the services. To my surprise Mr. Patterson was available this morning and could do the job in a few hours, from the time I called. The cost was appropriate, and the schedule was perfect for when I needed his services. Thab was very mature and respectful on the phone and was a pleasure to speak with. I provided as detailed pictures as I could so that Thab and his partner Markese would know what to expect. They communicated to me when they were on their way and arrived at the time they said they would. At the time of arrival, they introduced themselves professionally, examined the area and were prepared to get the job done. Thab and Markese quickly went to work and communicated well and used great team work to get the sofa out of my front door. Due to the angle and the size, I was afraid it was going to be difficult and also, I knew I didn’t want to do the job. Thab and Markese made this job look easy and knocked it out in less than 15 mins. They were patient with each other when they were lifting and moving together and made sure not to damage my walls, doors, or the sofa. Thab said he has been in business with A Plus Movers for 12 years, and the way they worked together I’d imagine Thab and Markese have been together the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I am beyond grateful for their service and their quick response to my time in need. I have no problem recommending them to anyone in need of furniture moving, and I saved their contact and will be a returning customer in my future needs. Thab and Markese thank you very much, wish you both the best and take care guys.

CONJUNCTIVITIS!!! This has to be a joke; what a savings!!! They not only scraped up my glass coffee table( ruined!), they dragged my $4000. mattress( also-ruined)(“must’ve been the elevator” he exclaimed!) His eye was red, he kept concealing it with sunglasses that kept falling off; He stated that he had an eye-condition; but I would have NEVER, in a million years thought, someone would be working with Conjunctivitis! THIS WAS NOT A SAVINGS, I will now have to take off work, due to the highly contagious nature! ( this is a pic of the mattress, after I attempted to scrub it clean, in order to place sheets on it.) Don’t bother trying to complain, once they get your money, they don’t answer your calls.

I’m grateful to Mr. Patterson and his team! They were thorough, prepared with equipment, worked with me when my schedule continuously changed, and arranged the truck in a way to get everything I needed on the truck…and was not lazy about anything! He stayed in contact and replied in a timely manner! If you need assistance with moving, choose A Plus Movers! You’ll be happy that you did!

My wife and I gifted our son our sectional. We couldn’t find friends with trucks etc. We called several companies for quotes to take it 30 minutes away to him. Mr Patterson gave me a no nonsense quote and did it within HOURS of my call. Nice people, nice pricing and great service. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needed to move their stuff!!
